The H Brain™ Orientation video gives your employer clients a fast, clear introduction to the H-2B program —perfect for first-time users or potential clients who need more information before committing.

Each assigned seat includes four months of access to a 30-minute video covering:

• How the H-2B program works and who can participate

• Key responsibilities as an H-2B employer

• Rules for employing foreign workers

• Requirements for recruiting and employing U.S. workers

Also included at no extra cost is a Useful Resources page containing important links to H-2B resources that are continually checked to provide the most up-to-date information.

As an agency account holder, you can assign seats and monitor client progress through your Agent Dashboard. Clients will not be able to mark the course as complete until they have viewed the full orientation video. Add users individually or in bulk using a CSV upload. The course will be available to the user for four months from their initial date of access, not the purchase date.
