So many rules!

Here at the Labor Brain we understand that the burden of knowledge is placed squarely on the shoulders of the employer. We also know that it’s impossible to keep all of the rules straight (not to mention all of the updates and changes). You have OSHA, IRS, EEOC, FDA, EPA, and countless other federal, state, county and local agencies that somehow expect you to know every single regulation that they enforce.  As an employer you try to pick up the knowledge that you can, hire some competent HR folks, and hope that you’re doing everything right.

Chances are though that you’re not doing everything right. That’s why we’re going to do our best to make sure that you have enough information to get in compliance or at the very least make you aware of what you’re doing wrong and show you how to fix it before the government does.
